Shipping Policy

Devorah’s Secret ships all orders via USPS or UPS within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information and shipping details.

If for any reason there is a delay or cancellation with your order, we will contact you promptly. Devorah’s Secret is committed to shipping your package as quickly as possible.

If your package is lost or not delivered due to the carrier, please contact us and we will work with you to find a fair solution.

Shipping Fees

• Free shipping on orders $79 and over within the contiguous United States
  
• Orders under $79 ship for a flat rate of $10.50

We also ship internationally. If you would like to place an international order, please email: orders@devorahsecret.com

We will calculate shipping costs and send you the total for approval before processing your order.

Undeliverable Merchandise

Please ensure that you provide a valid and deliverable shipping address when placing your order.

Customers are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees for packages that are:

• Refused
• Returned to sender
• Undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address

Returns & Exchanges

Devorah’s Secret accepts returns of new, unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned:

• Unworn
• In new, resalable condition
• With original tags attached

Items that are marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number. We are not responsible for returned packages that are never received.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Packages postmarked after the 14-day return window will not be accepted

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

We are also happy to exchange items if they are in stock. Please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Guidelines

To ensure all customers receive new merchandise, please note:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of perfume or deodorant
• Items must have all original tags attached
• Items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted for return

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be sent back to the customer.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment and will include the purchase price of the returned item(s).

Please note:

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
• Any discounts associated with returned products will be voided

Once a refund is initiated, it may take 2–3 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Color Disclaimer

Product colors may appear slightly different due to variations in monitor settings, lighting, or photography.

Devorah’s Secret is not responsible for differences in color caused by these factors.

Size Guide

Our clothing is designed for a modest fit. If you prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up.

Bust:
Measure around the fullest part of your bust with arms relaxed at your sides.

Waist:
Measure around your natural waistline without pulling the tape too tight.

Hips:
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8" below the waist.

Dress Length:
Measure from the highest point of your shoulder down.
