Shipping Policy

Devorah’s Secret™ ships all items by USPS or FedEx within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. You should receive your package within 3 – 7 business days. We will send you an e-mail notification with tracking information and shipping details once your order has been shipped. If for any reason there is a delay or cancellation to your order we will contact you. Devorah’s Secret™ is committed to shipping your package as fast as possible. If for any reason your package is lost or not delivered due to the carrier, please let us know and we will work with you to figure out a fair solution.

 

Shipping Fees

Free shipping on orders $59 and over anywhere in the contiguous USA.  Under $59 is a flat rate of $9.50. We will ship outside the USA as long as the buyer will agree to shipping costs. For international orders please email your order at orders@devorahsecret.com and we will calculate pricing before processing for customer approval.  

 

Undeliverable Merchandise

Please ensure you have supplied a valid, deliverable shipping address on your order. You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Devorah’s Secret accepts returns of new, unworn merchandise returned to us within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Product must be returned in new, re-saleable condition with the tags. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees and must provide us with a tracking number from a courier of their choice. We are not responsible for returned packages that are never received. Original shipping fees are not refunded. Packages post-marked after the 7 day returns period will not be accepted for return. Please make sure you have submitted an order with a valid address. Devorah’s Secret is not responsible for packages that are miss-delivered or non-delivered because of an invalid address. We also do not refund shipping fees for packages that are delivered back to us.  Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will issue a full refund.  If you have received a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we will be happy to replace it or refund it. We will also gladly exchange any item from your order if it's in stock. Send us an email and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Refund Policy

Packages that are returned to us for a product refund are processed within 1-3 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment. Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any discount associated with the returned products will be voided. Once a refund is initiated, it may take 2-3 business days for your refund to display on your credit card statement.

Color Mismatch

Your monitor may reflect a different color. We are not responsible for differences in color due to monitor, lighting, background, etc.

How to Measure for the Right Size

The clothing has been designed for a modest fit, however, if you require a looser fit please select one size up. If you have any questions about the size, you can contact us. 

 

Bust 

With arms relaxed down at sides, measure around fullest part of bust, under arms keeping the tape parallel to the floor
 

Waist

Bend to one side—the natural crease that appears is your waist. Stand straight, measure around natural waistline, careful not to pull the tape too tight.

Hips

With feet together, measure around the fullest part of the body at the top of the legs. Please note: hips are about 8" below natural waist. 

Dress Length

Measure from highest point of shoulder down.
